Cancellation Policy
1. Reservation requests should be made AT LEAST TWO (2) WEEKS before the event. To confirm a reservation, payment must be received within ten (10) days of the initial contract. If payment is not received within ten (10) days, the reservation will be forfeited. 2. Events shall occur during the following hours of operation: Monday – Friday 10:00 A.M. – 8:00 P.M. Saturday 10:00 A.M. – 8:00 P.M. Sunday 10:00 A.M. – 8:00 P.M. 3. Pool parties are not permitted during regular pool hours. ARRANGEMENTS MUST BE MADE THROUGH CASTLEROCK MGT BY CALLING. GUESTS WHO ATTEMPT TO USE THE POOL AT A CLUBHOUSE FUNCTION WHERE ONLY THE CLUBHOUSE HAS BEEN RENTED WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF THE ENTIRE DEPOSIT. 4. Your pool card will be programmed to grant access to the facility on the day of the event for the timeframe specified on the application, with no exception. Please include the pool card number you will be using on the application. Access will only be granted if the card stated on the application is used on the event day. 5. At most, twenty-five (25) guests will attend each event. 6. There shall be no smoking inside the facility. 7. No alcoholic beverages are permitted on the premises. 8. Private parties will be limited to five (5) hours, including set-up and an hour for clean-up. Reservation time may be extended for $15.00 per additional hour. The total maximum hours permitted for an event is eight (8) hours. 9. All trash generated by the event, including kitchen use, must be bagged and removed from the premises, or your deposit will be forfeited. 10. The facility MUST be left clean after use. 11. Only freestanding decorations are to be used, no tape, pins, etc. 12. No jump houses, moonwalks, or inflatable play structures are permitted in the Association’s Common Areas. 13. Upon your application's approval, you will receive the code to the lockbox that holds the key to the clubhouse. 14. Failure to abide by the rules stated in this policy will result in forfeiture of some or all of the deposit.
